Simple, without exceptions and asterisks, the two texts that permeate the European democratic culture establish the right to education and guaranteeing the right of detainees to continue their studies with sabbaticals. What Nikos Romanos defends, and the Greek State of the refuse, risking the very right to life. And it is the same State that had paid the balls that dropped in his lap, dead, the 15 year-old friend.
The double rejection of the just demand of Nikos Romanos puts us all our responsibilities. None of us has the right to remain silent.
