Stelios Kouloglou's written question to the European Commission for Dombrovskis' mini coup

Stelios Kouloglou with a priority written question to the European Commission (EC) refers to the condemning, but altered as it turned out, report on Greece which the EC Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis suddenly revealed last week in a press conference. The SYRIZA deputy seeks to know whether or not it was an initiative of Mr. Dombrovskis to alter and untimely publicize certain conclusions of the report, and whether the European Commission approves the coup actions of its vice president.
The written question text is as follows:
On Wednesday, January 27th, the EC Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis held a press conference during which he shared certain points related to the Schengen Evaluation Report on Greece, which was presumably based on a site visit carried out in November 2015 in Greece. Nevertheless, the foresaid Evaluation Report had not been adopted by the competent Schengen Commission.
Regrettably, according to documents revealed [1] in Dombrovskis’ version, certain negative conclusions were included, not based, though, on a new site visit. Specifically, the following sentences had been added: “There are serious deficiencies in the carrying out of external border control. Greece has seriously neglected its frontier duties to Europe's free-travel Schengen zone”.
In parallel, all positive conclusions regarding Greek authorities, emerging from the initial report, had been excluded:

“During the site visit, the ongoing situation on the Greek-Turkish land border is under control. Border control is carrying out reliably”
and
“All the illegal immigrants and asylum seekers are systematically registered and identified at the Filakio(town) reception center”

The European Commission is being asked:
- Was it decided by the EC that Mr. Dombrovskis proceed with an alteration of the report and an untimely disclosure of a newer version?
- If it was his initiative, does the Commission approve the coup actions of its vice president that were clearly intended to strike a Member State?
